According to the rule of Art5.2 of “Operational Directions for Approbation of installments of price of Execution in Event of Administrative Execution”,the administrative institutions have the right to repeal the installment plan approvaled before and the enforcement action on guarantor,guarantee or collateral due to obligor’s not paying money in deadline or any installments.
