I received the payment notice from your office, and other than the amount of the payment, it also had an executing fee, what is this extra fee about? And how was it calculated?

According to Article 25 of the Administrative Enforcement Law: "in this chapter, there is no charge for executing fees, however, the obligor need to pay all the expenses for taking executive measurements." This shows that our branch doesn’t charge for executing fee, but related expanses for carrying out enforcements can still be charged, (such as, mailing costs, financial institute transfer fees, and regulatory fees from other government agencies,) obligor is responsible for the expenses.
