On October 31st , 2011 , a new law was added for violating the Highway Law and being penalized by the supervising authority. On January 10th, 2012, all the convenience stores and financial institutes (including post office) are allow to collect bills and transfer to Labor Protection Institute. In order to pay for the bills, you need to hold three-pass printing barcode payment notification, and pay the bill before its due day at (7-11), FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK, four major convenience stores in Taiwan.
