Only the inheritance tax, gifting tax, unitary income tax, income tax, business tax, commodity tax, stock transfer tax, future transaction tax, license tax, property tax, land value tax, land value increment tax, stamp tax, deed tax, fuel usage tax, entertainment tax, alcohol and tobacco tax, related fine case, or national health insurance fee, that is not over $20,000 NTD can be paid at convenience stores. On October 31st , 2011 , a new law was added for violating the Highway Law and being penalized by the supervising authority. On January 10th, 2012, all the convenience stores and financial institutes (including post office) are allow to collect bills and transfer to Labor Protection Institute. In order to pay for the bills, you need to hold three-pass printing barcode payment notification, and pay the bill before its due day at (7-11), FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK, four major convenience stores in Taiwan. Lastly, please keep your paid and stamped transaction documents and receipts to protect your right.
