Answer: An obligor, working in a company, has the right to request salary from the company, and this right belongs to other property rights, according to Administrative Enforcement Law. If the company has a reason not to follow the order, it may file a complain, based on law. If the company neither file a complain nor perform salary deduction order, our branch may execute the company’s property if transferring bureau requests it.
