In the real estate category, ancestral property under a religious trust was auctioned forNT$11.8 million to settle longstanding land tax debts. Additionally, another obligor with 987 traffic violations had land and buildings in Zhudong sold for NT$762,000. The auction showcased the branch’s effective enforcement and contribution to public revenue.
