A man was fined NT$235,200 by the Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City Government for illegally reselling Eason Chan concert tickets at a price exceeding the original face value. After failing to pay the fine, the case was transferred to the Hsinchu Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency for compulsory execution. Following an investigation, the branch successfully enforced wage garnishment in March 2025. This case highlights the agency’s firm stance against ticket scalping and serves as a reminder for the public to avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources to prevent potential fraud and legal repercussions.
