The Hsinchu Branch of the Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice held its first post-Lunar New Year “123 Joint Auction”, executing auctions of movable and immovable properties, with total transaction proceeds reaching 20,306,000 NTD. Among the auctioned items, a Yulon vehicle was sold for 6,000 NTD, three plots of land in Hukou Township, Hsinchu County, were auctioned for 19.8 million NTD, and one plot of land in Hsinchu City was auctioned for 500,000 NTD.

In addition to the auction, the Hsinchu Branch actively promoted anti-fraud awareness, using videos and public auction notices to educate attendees on "Preventing Fraud, Identifying Fraud, and Combating Fraud." The public is urged to remain vigilant against fraudulent schemes and verify any suspicious calls or documents by contacting the 165 Anti-Fraud Consultation Hotline or 03-515-3103 for confirmation.

Furthermore, the branch also reminded the public of the serious dangers of drug abuse and urged those struggling with addiction to actively seek treatment.
