After the Administrative Enforcement Agency Hsinchu Branch accepted the case of alcohol and drug-impaired driving, the enforcement officers investigated and found several pieces of real estate co-owned with others under the obligor's name. Therefore, they notified the Department of Land Administration to seal the legally simpler piece of land and issued an execution decree to seize his bank deposits.
